Contact Features

The Contacts application is your e-mail address book and information storage for your
friends, associates, people and businesses you want to communicate with.
With contacts you can...
- Store multiple e-mail addresses, street addresses, phone numbers and any other information that relates to the contact, such as a birthday, or anniversary date.
- Link any Contact to any event within the scheduling calendar.
- File contact information under a last name, first name, company name, nickname, or any word that helps you find the contact quickly. You have several naming choices to file the contact under, or you can enter you own choice.
- Enter as many addresses and contact numbers as required for each contact. Designate one address as the mailing address, and another as a business address. You can use these addresses for mailing labels, envelopes or for creating mail merge letters.
- Create public and private groups in order to help sort and share your contacts
Contact integration
If you have a database application the Contacts become an integral part of the system as a whole. Contacts now become your customers, your business associates, potential leads and opportunities, your next contract.
